What big 'red flags' designate the women from the girls, so to speak? I would love to hear some feedback from some older women and older men. Help me out please because my preference is never going to change. Older men, feel free to comment on anything as well...what do you love about older women that you can't find in younger girls and what can I do to help myself? How would you say your personality has changed or insecurities you may have had in your 20s faded? Ladies, what generally do you feel you have to offer as an older woman that is different than when you were in your 20s?
