After finding out he lied to me and put the blame of Saturday nights event on me I hear this one at the party text messages his sister all the time talking about the night they were together.Now why would he tell me he did sleep with her then say he didn't?

You know, it's not at all about the boss, but in general...it might be a sweeping generalization, but in the NGO environment, most men (colleagues, bosses) seem to prefer the "girl next door" type (that I am not).

i read another convo he had with another girl-friend whom he's known since high school. he told me that this is how they've always joked around, and he said he stopped when we started dating, but started joking with her again because she told him about a traumatic event that happened to her and he was trying to make her feel better. 2. this was also very flirty and had dirty jokes/innuendos in it...something along the lines of him referring to his privates as his Baby and she saying she would have to say hi to it and bring it presents/toys.

I’ve met her family, and they all seem to really like me, and I’ve met most of her friends. Things have been going well in my relationship lately with a girl I’ve been dating for 4 months.
