added by Rememberer for Sukdaodee on 26.07.2021 in 19:13The old site had a mod to approve (who became one of the best at spotting pro shots due to his background in photography and just years of being in that role), another MOD who was more focused on keeping members in line and answering questions and finally admin who kept the site running. What is common place for one, may be brand new for another. It is easy to just say something simple like PRO Model and move on. :) It is literally impossible for every uploader to know all pros or even what some might say is a prominent photographer. The rules haven't gotten lax, there is just a lack of staff to help admin out. Now admin does all three. DutchBeauty has shown with his numerous high quality uploads that he understand and adheres to the (unwritten) rules of the site. @ohioperv: see my earlier comment.

IME, the more 'baggage' one has, the more likely this will occur. I saw such in myself after getting divorced. However, if you are an unknown, it is possible, and likely, he is projecting his personal experiences and results of dealing with those experiences upon you, having nothing to do with you personally. IMO, it's not particularly healthy but it is there. He may not be delineating by person, taking each person as an individual. OP, if the man knows you through your social circle, meaning he knows your 'style' of socializing with men in a verifiable way, I would then put the impetus for any anxiety demonstrated squarely upon him as a personality issue, potentially incompatible.
