These free sites tend to get inundated with emails from free users and the limited customer services simply don't have the time to reply to each one. Money down the drain. That may be logical but I very much doubt you'll get a reply. It's not in the sites interest to employ a load of customer services staff to answer questions from free users, for which they don't get any income.

Have you communicated your needs to him? Stepping outside of your marriage is never a solution. Those aren't justifications to stray. Maybe spend the time and energy going to couples counseling?
