Those are problems you work through. Your girlfriend sticking her tongue down another guy's throat isn't a problem, that's a big red flag. Problems are her being moody because she's not doing well in school, or you being distant because you are worried about other things.

I can't be sure that she got the hint, but I'm pretty sure it was obvious. So I go further, I tell her she is gorgeous, an A in my book (when she got a B in a class she took), and drop some other flirtatious hints that I really like her.
