Just say "I like you but I'm just not feeling it, and I don't want to string you along though I do enjoy hanging out with you." Reasons for breakups are best if they are along the lines of "I don't feel we are right for each other" because although that sounds impersonal, 95% of the time it is honest. And it is pretty easy to get over too, because I can't hate a girl if she doesn't like me in that way, though I can if she manipulated me or lied to me or strung me on or acted distant so I would dump her. If you want to break it off, don't be a vag about it.
