I'm sorry if that's harsh, but this whole "timeline" to fall in love rather than pursue a career opportunity is just absolutely crazy and desperate.

Ever heard the saying "if they hit you once it will happen again and again and again" no matter how many times they say how sorry they are.

OK right there maybe the reason she has ask for space, that was a serious statement to make to her. You told her you couldn't take it anymore and that you were done, How do you think that made her feel. She now feels freaked out and is asking for space.

added by Hanover for Sarbast on 25.03.2021 in 07:24But don't do what my ex-gf did by reminding me of how much of a jerk I was everytime we'd get in an argument like it's a secret weapon or something. If he won't budge, don't be spiteful. He's just an idiot and needs to shape up... Just make sure he knows that you're not cool with it and you don't know how much more of that you can take. FAST! Don't make him hate you - and don't hate him.
added by Arumin for Sarbast on 22.03.2021 in 05:23That's how you earn respect. That will let him know his behavior won't phase you in the least. IMO, don't react to his negative reaction negatively. Step it up, give him quick smiles with a cheeky smirk, eye contact, say hi to him, be friendly....even when he won't respond.
