Calling is nice sometimes, when in a relationship or just to touch base before you meet, but you're running the risk here of appearing or getting WAY too invested in someone you haven't met, which can be very offputting. If a guy had three hours a day to speak to a girl he'd never met on the phone I'd think he had a pretty empty life. Be a bit busy now and then. Have a little mystery. It's all pretty meaningless until you've actually met in person. And cut down the calls! And you're using up all of your conversation that you could be having face to face.

added by Grist for Layane on 01.03.2021 in 18:13Letting him apologize and forgiving him is a good idea...not talking and projecting your speculation onto him, like whether he has lied before and you didn't catch him, is a bad idea. From what you said it definitely sounds like he is trying to make it up to you. I think it was alright that you showed him you were upset - I'm sure he has gotten that message after 2 weeks - but that can't go on forever.

Also I am posting because I am bored and want to procrastinate studying lol, and this turned out to be an extremely interesting thread with people that have completely different opinions given the same situation.

We are entering a stage in our relationship where we would like to see each other more than once or twice a week for the few hours we have now so I feel it is important to make his face known to my kids and slowly start letting him be seen by them, possibly allowing him to start a friendship with them. Ok, my boyfriend and I (he's 45, I'm 38) are planning on making an informal introduction to my children.

added by Eichner for Layane on 08.03.2021 in 09:14I gave him a green light, I replied: she told me she's in love with you just as much. We smiled and nothing else was said after that. He wanted to express his feelings but was not sure I would reciprocate, he was probably wondering if it was too soon as well. At 5 months dating my bf and I were preparing to go out. We're both standing by the door to leave when he sees something I hand-made. He picked it up and said to himself but loud enough for me to hear 'no wonder I am so in love with this woman'. He was not looking at me at all, I knew he was just checking the water.

I think the reason that he is in no rush to get married, is because you guys are already living the married life. I think you should let him know again, that it is bothering you that you guys are not married, and then find some place else to stay for a while, until he decides to get serious. What your doing is taking away something that he has, then he's going to realize how important it is onece its gone. Then when you do that, watch how quickly he will get you a ring, and try to figure out when you guys should get married.
