i didn't push too much for sex after such a short period of time since she was sort of stressed about the massive work schedule combined with making time for me, we went out the last day before i was planning on heading back home and after dropping her off at her place i pretty much just told her exactly what i thought of her and said "so tell me you want me to come back" and after one of those seemingly endless kisses she says "see you in a couple of weeks", and that's how we left it .

Let the court decide. Well if her ex-bf has any sense he will be hiring a lawyer and pressing charges against OP and/or getting a restraining order, as will the other gf. That's fine and if it happens the OP can explain everything to a judge as to why she is the victim and not the perpetrator.
